Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Dice bell pepper and onion.
  3. Brown meat with chopped veggies.
  4. Add in sauce and simmer.
  5. Mix butter, garlic, and Italian seasonings and spread on the insides of the hamburger bun. Place cut side up on a sheet pan and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Add your Sloppy Joe mixture to the garlic buns and serve.

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain; keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat 4-5 min. or until golden brownand nutty. Add garlic and red pepper; stir 1 min. until fragrant.
  3. Stir in sauce. Arrange shrimp over sauce in single layer; cover with lid. Cook 2-3 min.on medium heat or until shrimp are done. Add cooked pasta and parsley; toss gentlyuntil combined.

Brown butter is the result of cooking butter until the milk solids separate and toast, or brown.

The butter becomes highly fragrant and nutty, adding a layer of flavorful depth to any recipe

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add bread crumbs to pan.Cook 2-3 min. or until deep golden brown, stirring constantly. Transfer to small bowl; stirin Parmesan.
  2. Heat remaining oil and butter in same skillet on medium heat until melted. Add gnocchito pan; arrange in single layer. Cook 5-6 min. undisturbed, until bottoms are deepgolden brown. Transfer half the gnocchi to serving platter. Add sauce to remaininggnocchi in pan; toss gently until heated through.
  3. Spoon sauced gnocchi onto platter. Serve immediately, sprinkled with bread crumbsand basil.

Shelf-stable gnocchi is sold in the dry pasta aisle of the grocery store.

Instructions
  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Heat oil and butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, salt and pepper; cook for 10 min., or until softened. Add vinegar; cook 2-3 min. or until onions begin to caramelize, and liquid is mostly evaporated. Reduce heat to medium; stir in 2 cups sauce. Remove from heat; cool.
  3. Meanwhile, grill burger patties 3-4 min. on each side or until cooked through (165°F). Brush both sides of patties with remaining sauce and top with cheese during last 2 min. of cooking. Fill buns with burgers, Tangy Tomato Jam and arugula.

Tips:

Leftover Tangy Tomato Jam makes a great sandwich spread or crostini topper.

Look for refrigerated plant-based burger patties in the fresh meat section of the supermarket.

  1. Sauté carrots, celery, kale and peas in the butter.
  2. Sauté cooked meatballs in pan to brown. Add chicken broth to sautéed veggies, then cover until simmer.
  3. Add sauce and cooked meats once you’ve reached a simmer.

Stovetop Directions
  1. Cut beef into 1 inch cubes and dredge in seasoned flour and brown in butter. Remove beef and set aside.
  2. Sautė onions, celery and paprika.
  3. Add beef cubes, caraway seeds and sauce and simmer, covered for 1 hour.
  4. Cook pasta till al dente, according to package instructions. Drain well.
  5. Add cooked pasta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese to the sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Cook on high for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  7. Blend in sour cream right before serving. Heat thoroughly but do not allow sauce to boil.

One Pot Chicken Neapolitan Pasta

  1. Melt butter in a dutch oven or large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken chunks to the pot. Sauté until their outsides are cooked, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add zucchini and onion to the pot, stirring with the chicken. Cook until starting to soften, about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
