Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 450° F
  2. While the oven is heating, season the chicken as desired. Heat the oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and the garlic and cook and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet. Spread the sauce on the crust to within 1/2-inch of the edge.
  4. Layer with the chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and peppers. Sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with the basil, if desired.

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in large pot on medium-high heat. Add sausage and onions; cook 6-8 min. or until meat is browned, using wooden spoon to break up large pieces.
  2. Add garlic; stir 30 sec. Stir in sauce and broth. Break noodles into 1-1/2-inch pieces over pot; stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 12-15 min. or until noodles are done, stirring occasionally. Stir in spinach; cook 1-2 min. until wilted. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of each cheese and basil.

Use an electric pressure cooker:

Heat oil in electric pressure cooker on Sauté function until shimmering. Cook sausage and onions as directed. Add garlic, sauce, broth and noodles; close and lock lid. Cook 3 min. on high pressure. Manually release any remaining pressure. Stir in spinach on Sauté function 1-2 min. until wilted. Serve as directed.

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a shallow skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and sauté for 1 min.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until it has reached an internal temperature of 165° F. Stir occasionally – cooking time should take between 7-10 min.
  3. Add the jar of RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce and bring the sauce to a boil. Then add the entire package of dried gnocchi. Stir well.
  4. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce and gnocchi. Cover the pan with a lid and let cook for 5 min.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook rigatoni according to the package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add the diced bell peppers, sautéing them with the chorizo for an additional 5 min.
  3. In a casserole dish, combine the rigatoni, chorizo and bell pepper mixture, RAGÚ® Old World Style Traditional Sauce, salt and red pepper. Top with both shredded cheeses.

Chicken Parm Meatballs
Instructions
  1. Combine chicken, sausage, 1 cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan and egg in large bowl. Shape into 12 (2-inch) meatballs.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet lightly sprayed with olive oil on medium-high heat. Place meatballs in skillet; cook 5-7 min. or until lightly browned on all sides, turning frequently.
  3. Stir in sauce and water; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 min. or until cooked through (165°F). Remove skillet from heat; sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover with lid for 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
  4. Meanwhile, toast remaining breadcrumbs in small nonstick skillet on medium heat for 3-4 min., or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Top meatballs with toasted breadcrumbs and basil before serving.

Tips:

A standard-sized ice cream scoop ensures evenly sized meatballs.

To serve this recipe as an appetizer, shape mixture into 24 (1-inch) meatballs. Gently brown meatballs in batches. Continue as directed.

Cauliflower Crust Mix & Match Pizzas

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare pizza crust as directed on package. Place crust on rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Top crust evenly with ¼ cup each of sauce, meat and greens.

  1. Cut beef into 1 inch cubes and dredge in seasoned flour and brown in butter. Remove beef and set aside.
  2. Sautė onions, celery and paprika.
  3. Add beef cubes, caraway seeds and sauce and simmer, covered for 1 hour.
  4. Cook pasta till al dente, according to package instructions. Drain well.
  5. Add cooked pasta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese to the sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Cook on high for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  7. Blend in sour cream right before serving. Heat thoroughly but do not allow sauce to boil.

Slow Cooker Directions

  1. Place chicken breast cutlets in shallow baking dish. Season each side with salt and pepper.
  2. On a hot grill, cook one side for 5 minutes, then flip to the other side.
  3. Spread generous amount of sauce on each chicken cutlet.
  4. Add shredded Mozzarella on top of the sauce and close grill lid. Cook for another 7-8 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
  5. While chicken is cooking, prepare zucchini noodles or zoodles. Use spiralizer and shred zucchini.
  6. In medium saucepan, heat 1/2 cup sauce on medium high heat for 5 minutes. Pour hot sauce directly over zucchini noodles.
  7. Remove chicken from grill and serve hot with zucchini noodles. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Tip: Always look for thinly sliced chicken breast when making Grilled Chicken Parmesan. The thin chicken breast is more tender and cooks faster and evenly. Ask the butcher to slice in half if possible.
