Instructions
  1. In the base of a large slow cooker, place one pound of ground beef. Break it up with a spoon. Add the mixed vegetables on top of the meat.
  2. Pour a full jar of RAGÚ® Double Cheddar Sauce on top of the vegetables. Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
  3. When cooking has completed, remove the lid and stir the mixture to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the hot mashed potatoes on top of the cheese, meat, and vegetable mixture.
  4. Allow to cool 20 min. before serving.

  1. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. When hot, add the steak. Season with salt and pepper. Stir frequently until the steak pieces are browned on all sides.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium and add the green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 mins.
  3. Mix in the RAGÚ® Double Cheddar Sauce and bring sauce to a boil, then reduce heat so the sauce simmers. Simmer for about 10 min., or until the steak has become tender.
  4. Add the rotini and mix well. Serve hot.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine sauce, water, chilies, tomatoes and 1/2 cup cheese in large bowl. Stir in uncooked macaroni. Spoon into 2-quart casserole; cover tightly with foil.

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat and cook celery, carrot, onion and thyme until vegetables are almost tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
