Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Dice bell pepper and onion.
  3. Brown meat with chopped veggies.
  4. Add in sauce and simmer.
  5. Mix butter, garlic, and Italian seasonings and spread on the insides of the hamburger bun. Place cut side up on a sheet pan and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Add your Sloppy Joe mixture to the garlic buns and serve.

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400°F
  2. Remove mushroom stems and finely chop. Heat pancetta in large skillet on medium heat. Cook 2 minutes or until crispy. Add mushroom stems, onions, and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in 1 1/4 cups of RAGU® Tomato, Garlic & Onion Sauce, 1/4 cup cheese, and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. Cook 4 minutes or until mixture has thickened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Arrange mushroom caps on foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon filling into mushrooms.
  5. Combine remaining cheese and breadcrumbs; sprinkle on top of mushrooms.
  6. Bake the stuffed mushroom for 30 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Process onion and garlic in food processor until finely chopped. Heat olive oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat and cook onion mixture, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onion is translucent. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  3. Combine onion mixture with remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese and sauce in large bowl; shape into 20 (2-in.) meatballs.
  4. Arrange meatballs in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 25 minutes; pour sauce over meatballs, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving

Baked Lasagna Rolls
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown meat in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in mushrooms, onions, carrots and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Stir in wine and cayenne pepper. Cook over high heat 3 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Thoroughly combine ground beef mixture, Mozzarella cheese, egg and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese in medium bowl.
  3. Spoon 2 cups sauce into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread 1/3 cup beef mixture onto each lasagna noodle. Carefully roll up noodles. Place, seam-side down, in baking dish. Evenly spread remaining sauce over lasagna rolls. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake 40 minutes; remove foil. Sprinkle with remaining 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until bubbling.

Instructions
  1. Season beef, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and brown 1/2 of the beef, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes. Remove browned beef to slow cooker with slotted spoon, then repeat with remaining beef.
  3. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in same skillet over medium heat and cook mushrooms and onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 6 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, 30 seconds. Remove to slow cooker.
  4. Stir in sauce. Cook covered at HIGH 4 to 5 hours or at LOW 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
  5. Stir in sour cream. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked egg noodles.
