  1. Bring sauce and water to a boil over high heat in 3-quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low, then add uncooked spaghetti. Simmer, stirring frequently, 16 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Serve, if desired, with shredded Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese or grated Parmesan cheese.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Ricotta cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese in large bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine pasta with sauce in another bowl.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Press each pizza crust into 8 x 12-inch rectangle with rolling pin or hands, then cut each into 4 equal squares.
  2. Arrange squares on two greased baking sheets. Starting at corner of each square, cut toward center of square stopping 1/2-inch from center with knife.   1. Preheat grill. Heat oil in large skillet and cook peppers and onion, stirring, 5 minutes or until tender. Remove and set aside.
  2. Flatten each ball of dough on floured board into 6- to 7-inch circles. Lightly brush dough with a little oil.
  3. Place dough, oiled side down on grill, lightly brush tops with oil. Grill 1 minute or until cooked on bottoms. Remove from grill, place on work surface grilled side up.
  4. Spread 3 tablespoons sauce on each crust. Top with cooked onions, peppers, tomato and cheese.
  5. Place pizzas on grill; cover and grill 2 minutes or until cheese is just melted. (If pizza bottoms begin to char move them to a cooler place on the grill.)

  1. In a medium saucepan with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, sauté onion until soft. Stir in chilies, chicken and ½ cup sauce; set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, evenly brush 1 side of 4 tortillas with ½ of the olive oil. Evenly top half of a tortilla with ¼ of the cheese, chicken filling and then the remaining cheese. Fold over tortilla to close.
