  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine ground beef, 1 cup sauce, green pepper, oats, 1/2 cup cheese, eggs, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan. Top with 1 cup sauce.
  3. Bake uncovered 50 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Remove to serving platter and serve with remaining sauce, heated.

  1. Pierce squash with knife 5 or 6 times. Arrange squash on paper towel in microwave and microwave at HIGH 15 minutes or until soft, turning over halfway through cooking. Cut in half; remove and discard seeds. With fork, gently scrape squash to pull apart spaghetti-like strands.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, red pepper and yellow squash 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender. Add sauce and simmer 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve sauce mixture over spaghetti squash and garnish, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook zucchini and onion, stirring frequently, 6 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook garlic and chipotle peppers, stirring frequently, 30 seconds. Stir in sauce and simmer covered 4 minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in sour cream.

Slow Cooker Jambalaya

  1. Combine sauce with all ingredients except shrimp in slow cooker sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Cook covered on LOW 4 to 6 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours. Stir in shrimp and cook covered an additional 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Thin sauce, if desired, with chicken broth or water.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ground beef, 1/3 cup Sauce, egg and bread crumbs in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Shape into 8 x 12-inch rectangle in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
  2. Sprinkle 1-1/2 cups cheese and parsley down center leaving 3/4-inch border. Roll, starting at long end, jelly-roll style. Press ends together to seal.
  3. Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Pour remaining sauce over meatloaf and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until sauce is heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Recipe Notes

Tip: Molding the meat mixture onto waxed paper helps make rolling easier. Just lift waxed paper to curl the meat over cheese filling, then carefully remove meat from paper. Continue rolling in this manner until filling is enclosed in roll and meat is off paper.
