1. Mizkan America, Inc. is the sponsor (“Sponsor”) of the Ragu Money Back Guarantee (the “Offer”).

2. To be eligible to participate in the Offer, you must: (i) purchase one (1) of the Qualifying Products listed in Exhibit A (excluding Ragu for One, Ragu Old World Style Traditional 4 pack, Ragu Double Cheddar Tetra Pack) (each a “Product”) from a participating retailer in the 50 United States or Washington D.C., beginning March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025 (“Offer Period”); (ii) at the time of purchase, be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or Washington D.C.; and (iii) at the time of purchase, be 18 years of age or older (19 or older if you reside in AL or NE).

3. If you do not love your Product, you must do the following to participate in the Offer:
   
   a. Complete a Ragu Money Back Guarantee Claim Form (the “Claim Form”), including your valid name, U.S. street address, city, state, ZIP, date of birth, store name and location, purchase price, and reason for dissatisfaction. The Claim Form may be obtained, downloaded, and printed only from www.ragu.com/guarantee (the “Website”) on or after March 1, 2024.
   
   b. Send the completed Claim Form, along with the original itemized, store-identified, dated cash register receipt from your purchase, with the purchase price and Product circled (the “Receipt”) to:

   Must be postmarked by March 31, 2025 and received by April 8, 2025
   
   Your Claim Form and Receipt, when completed and submitted as instructed above, will constitute your “Refund Submission”.

4. Once the Refund Submission has been received, verified, and processed, the itemized pre-tax purchase price indicated on your receipt will be refunded, in the form of a check payable to the name on the Claim Form and mailed to the address on the Claim Form, up to $4.99. Refunds will be made for the exact price you paid for the Product after taking any discounts or coupons into account. Sponsor will not refund any sales taxes paid on the Product. Sponsor will not issue a refund of more than $4.99 for any Product. If the Receipt is illegible, does not have the Product purchase price clearly circled, or is otherwise deemed non-compliant, then a refund will NOT be issued. Refunds will be mailed within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt and verification of valid Refund Submission. A third-party rebate fulfillment company processes Refund Submissions.

5. Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set forth in Sections 1 through 8, with any inconsistencies to be resolved by giving controlling effect to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Section 5.
   
   a. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless Sponsor otherwise advises.
   
   b. LIMIT ONE REFUND SUBMISSION PER HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS. Duplicate or photocopied Refund Submissions will not be honored or acknowledged.
   
   c. Product purchased outside the Offer Period is not eligible for the Offer. The purchase date is determined by date printed on Receipt.
   
   d. Only actual purchasers of the Product (who otherwise qualify for the Offer) may participate in the Offer.
   
   e. Offer not available to: groups, clubs or organizations; employees of Sponsor; employees of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or agencies; employees of the fulfillment company; or employees of the fulfillment company’s suppliers and/or distributors.
   
   f. No one may reproduce or distribute the Claim Form or this Offer, including by publishing either in any magazine, website, or elsewhere, without Sponsor’s written permission, except that the actual purchaser of the Product may reproduce the Claim Form and this Offer as necessary to participate in the Offer.
   
   g. Refund Submissions that: are from Post Office Boxes, commercial, or other non-residential addresses; contain invalid, undeliverable, or non-U.S. mailing addresses; are incomplete or illegible; or are deemed invalid based on these Terms and Conditions, will be rejected and will not be honored, acknowledged, or returned.
   
   h. Sponsor is not responsible for printing errors in connection with this Offer, or for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, non-delivered, or postage due mail. Refund Submissions must include all components listed in Section 3 above, and otherwise comply with all Terms and Conditions.
   
   i. Refund Submission rights cannot be assigned or transferred, and the Offer is not available outside the 50 United States/D.C. or where restricted or prohibited by law.
   
   j. Refund Submissions become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Keep copies of all materials submitted.
   
   k. Checks not cashed within 90 days of the date printed on the check may result in forfeiture of the refund.
   
   l. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in mailing address by participant.
   
   m. All decisions of Sponsor with regard to participation in the Offer are final and binding in all respects.

6. Fraudulent Refund Submissions and/or Submissions that violate these Terms and Conditions could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342). Sponsor reserves the right to independently substantiate Refund Submissions and to request additional information and/or documentation.

7. If any of these Terms and Conditions are deemed to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the balance of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed as if the invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provisions were not contained herein.

8. Sponsor reserves the right, without limitation, to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the Offer, or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the Offer at its sole discretion.
