"Tammy helps coach both her son's soccer and her daughter's softball team. What really stands out, is her ability to make the kids feel like winners even when they lose a game. I asked her about it one time and she said that building positive self-esteem in a child is more important than winning games. With this in mind you would think that her team loses alot, but it is exactly the opposite. She says that when the kids feel good about themselves, they play better and therefore win more."
