"My wife started a Runners' Club at my daughter's school. The kids train and raise money for charitable groups, which pays their entry fees into races. The kids get exercise, they learn about setting goals, and about charitable giving. Even after my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, she never cancelled a Runners' Club meeting. Sometimes she'd come straight from a chemotherapy session. She said the kids were her inspiration and were depending on her to be there."
