Rapid Ragu Chili (12 Servings)

A teen favorite. Great for game-time get togethers.


  • 3 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 cans (19 oz. ea.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 jar (2 lb. 13 oz.) Ragu® Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Brown ground beef with onions and chili powder in 6-quart saucepot or large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and Sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice or with tortilla chips.
