Spicy Chicken & Rice Bake
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
- 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 Tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 375°. In 13 x 9-inch casserole, combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
