Pizza Sloppy Joes
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small red bell pepper or green bell pepper , chopped (optional)
- 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Chunky Pasta Sauce or Robusto!® Pasta Sauce
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 8 hamburger buns, toasted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, (about 4 oz.)
- Brown ground beef with red pepper in 12-inch nonstick skillet, stirring frequently; drain if desired. Stir in Sauce and oregano. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns and sprinkle with cheese.
