Spicy Chicken & Rice Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup uncooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1 Tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In 13 x 9-inch casserole, combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
