Parmesan Potatoes & Onions

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. all-purpose potatoes or baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 cups RAGÚ® Tomato Garlic & Onion Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a 2-quart baking dish, layer 1/2 of the potatoes, onions, olive oil, salt & pepper, ½ sauce, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan. Repeat layers. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove foil, add 2 Tbsp. of cheese.
  4. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
