TWICE-BAKED CHEDDAR HAM POTATOES
If time is short, ''quick-cook'' potatoes in the microwave!
Ingredients
- 6 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled and baked
- 1 jar (1 lb.) Ragu® Cheesy Double Cheddar Sauce
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/4 lb. ham steak, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 1 oz.)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Cut a lengthwise slice from top of each potato. Scoop pulp from each potato leaving 1/2-inch-thick shells; set aside. Mash pulp in medium bowl, then stir in Double Cheddar Sauce, peas and ham. Evenly fill potato shells with potato mixture.
- Arrange stuffed potatoes on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
